Shipping policy

Processing Time All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times (USA) Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.

Packaging Prints up to 11×14" are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy triangular tubes. All prints are wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve before packaging.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@spaceandmoodstudio.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace your order at no cost.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
